By downloading or using Cocktail Tiles, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Age requirement
Cocktail Tiles is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. You must confirm your age via the in-app age gate before accessing any content. If you are under 21, do not use this app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cocktail Tiles on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app.
Purchases and refunds
Cocktail Tiles offers a one-time lifetime purchase via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process. We do not process refunds directly.
Family Sharing
Your purchase includes Apple Family Sharing for up to six family members. Usage under Family Sharing is subject to Apple's Family Sharing terms.
Content and accuracy
Cocktail recipes are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every recipe, measurement, or ingredient substitution is correct or safe for your specific dietary needs. Always verify measurements and drink responsibly.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, and original content are owned by Cocktail Tiles. Recipe content is compiled from public-domain and licensed sources and is attributed where required. The watercolor tile aesthetic and brand identity are our original work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocktail Tiles and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses related to alcohol consumption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
